På denne side finder du oplysninger om juridiske forhold og generelle betingelser for at anvende Onboarding Services.

Før du kan anvende Onboarding Services, skal du acceptere vilkårene.

 

1. Oplysninger om Onboarding Services

Onboarding Services er produkter og services, der udbydes af

2. Brugerprofil

Som bruger af Onboarding Services kan du blive tildelt en brugerprofil. For at tilgå din brugerprofil skal du anvende det tildelte brugernavn og evt. password.

Din brugerprofil er personlig, og du skal derfor holde dit evt. password fortroligt.

 

3. Indsamling og behandling af personoplysninger

Når du anvender Onboarding Servicesindsamler og behandler vi personoplysninger om dig. De oplysninger vi behandler er, foruden de oplysninger du selv afgiver, oplysninger om din IP adresse.

 

De personoplysninger vi behandler om dig bruges til gennemførelse af og opfølgning på dit Onboarding Services forløb. Oplysningerne bruges herudover til at få større kendskab til brugen af websitet og af Onboarding Services. Denne brug kan bl.a. omfatte undersøgelser og analyser, der er rettet mod en forbedring af vore produkter, tjenester og teknologier. Vi anvender endvidere de indsamlede oplysninger i anonymiseret form til statistiske formål omkring vores udbud og forbedring af Onboarding Services produktet og servicen.

 

Onboarding Group ApS behandler ikke herudover dine personoplysninger medmindre vi har dit samtykke, eller medmindre sådan behandling i øvrigt er tilladt efter persondataforordningens (GDPR) regler.

 

Ifølge persondataforordningen (GDPR) skal dine personlige oplysninger opbevares sikkert og fortroligt. Vi gemmer dine personlige oplysninger på computere med begrænset adgang, som er placeret i kontrollerede faciliteter, og vores sikkerhedsforanstaltninger kontrolleres løbende for at afgøre, om personoplysninger i vores varetægt håndteres forsvarligt, og under stadig hensyntagen til dine rettigheder som person. Vi kan dog ikke garantere 100 procent sikkerhed ved dataoverførsler via internettet. Det betyder, at der kan være en risiko for, at andre uberettiget tiltvinger sig adgang til oplysninger, når data sendes og opbevares elektronisk. Du afgiver derfor dine personlige oplysninger på eget ansvar.

 

Dine personoplysninger opbevarer vi i 24 måneder efter afslutningen af dit Onboarding Services forløb. Opbevaringen sker med det formål, at forløbet kan genoptages, i fald du og din arbejdsgiver ønsker dette.

 

I det omfang, der behandles personoplysninger om dig, har du ifølge persondataforordningen (GDPR) ret til at få oplyst, hvilke personoplysninger, der kan henføres til dig. Hvis det viser sig, at de oplysninger eller data, der behandles om dig, er urigtige eller vildledende, har du ret til at kræve disse berigtiget, slettet eller blokeret. Du kan til enhver tid gøre indsigelse mod, at oplysninger om dig gøres til genstand for behandling. Du kan også til enhver tid tilbagekalde dit samtykke. Du har mulighed for at klage over behandlingen af oplysninger og data vedrørende dig. Klage indgives til Datatilsynet, jf. persondataforordningen (GDPR).

4. Videregivelse af oplysninger

Du giver Onboarding Group ApS tilladelse til at videregive de personoplysninger du afgiver gennem din brug af Onboarding servicen til selskaber som Onboarding Group ApS ejer med mindst 50 %.

 

Du giver endvidere Onboarding Group ApS tilladelse til, at de personoplysninger vi indsamler og behandler gennem Onboarding Services videregives til din arbejdsgiver, som har rekvireret dit Onboarding Services forløb.

 

Oplysninger som videregives må fortsat alene anvendes i overensstemmelse med det formål, som er angivet under punktet "Indsamling og behandling af Personoplysninger". Når Onboarding Group ApS videregiver dine personoplysninger til din arbejdsgiver, bliver din arbejdsgiver dataansvarlig og dine beføjelser efter persondataloven gælder da direkte overfor din arbejdsgiver.

 

Sker der en hel eller delvis overdragelse af Onboarding Group ApS’ virksomhed, kan erhververen overgives de indsamlede personoplysninger om dig, men oplysningerne må fortsat kun anvendes i overensstemmelse med det formål, som er angivet under punktet "Indsamling og behandling af Personoplysninger".

 

Til vores drift af Onboarding Services anvender vi en ekstern it-driftsoperatør. Denne driftsoperatør behandler dine personoplysninger som databehandler (Jf. persondataforordningen (GDPR)) og efter skriftlig instruks fra os.

 

Onboarding Group ApS videregiver ikke herudover personoplysninger som vi indsamler og behandler om dig.

 

Du kan til enhver tid meddele Onboarding Group ApS, eller én hvortil dine personoplysninger er videregivet, at dit meddelte samtykke til at videregive og/eller behandle personoplysninger om dig tilbagekaldes. En sådan tilbagekaldelse af samtykke vil have som konsekvens, at Onboarding Services ikke længere kan anvendes.

5. Immaterielle rettigheder

Alt materiale på hjemmesiden og alt materiale som i øvrigt indgår i Onboarding Services tilhører Onboarding Group ApS.

 

Materialet i form af bl.a. spørgsmål, navne, logoer, tekster, rapporter mv. er beskyttet i henhold til ophavsretsloven og varemærkeloven og materialet må derfor ikke anvendes til andet formål end aftalen mellem Onboarding Group ApS (eller en af Onboarding Group ApS’ distributionspartnere) og din arbejdsgiver, der har bestilt dit Onboarding Services forløb, forudsætter.

 

Materialet må navnlig ikke gøres til genstand for offentliggørelse eller fremvisning uden Onboarding Group ApS’ forudgående skriftlige samtykke.

 

Resultatet af dit Onboarding Services forløb og der heraf afledte benchmarktal tilkommer Onboarding Group ApS og du er ikke berettiget til at anvende dette overfor andre end din arbejdsgiver, som har rekvireret dit Onboarding Services forløb.

 

Overtrædelse af Onboarding Group ApS’ rettigheder kan resultere i både civilretlige og strafferetlige sanktioner.

 

6. Sikkerhed

Vi tager sikkerhed alvorligt. Når vi gennem dit Onboarding Services forløb indsamler og behandler personoplysninger om dig, sker det gennem en krypteret side. Du kan i din browsers adresselinje se dette i form af en hængelås, eller at internetadressen begynder med https://.

 

Onboarding Group ApS behandler dine personoplysninger i overensstemmelse med persondataforordningens (GDPR) regler, men vi kan dog ikke garantere, at der ikke kan ske en kompromittering af dine personoplysninger, eksempelvis i forbindelse med et hacker-angreb, systemfejl eller tilsvarende.

 

7. Ansvar

Din brug af Onboarding Services sker på eget ansvar, og Onboarding Group ApS påtager sig ikke noget ansvar overfor dig for brugen af servicen. Onboarding Group ApS påtager sig ansvar efter persondataforordningens (GDPR) regler for ulovlig behandling af persondata, men Onboarding Group ApS påtager sig ikke ansvar for en ulovlig anvendelse, der måtte sker hos din arbejdsgiver.

 

8. Ændring af vilkår

Onboarding Group ApS forbeholder sig at ændre disse vilkår for brug af Onboarding Services uden varsel. Ændres vilkårene vil du, via mail, blive informeret og bedt om at acceptere de ændrede vilkår.

On this page, you will find information about legal conditions and general terms and conditions for using the Onboarding Services.

Before you can use the Onboarding Services, you must accept these terms.

 

1. Information on Onboarding Services

2. User Profile

As a user of Onboarding Services, you can be assigned a user profile. To access your user profile, use the assigned username and password.

Your user profile is personal, so keep it confidential and in a safe place.

 

3. Collection and processing of personal data

When you use Onboarding Services, we collect and process personal information about you. The information we process is, in addition to the information you provide, information about your IP address.

 

The personal information we process about you is used to implement and follow up on your Onboarding Services course. The information is also used to gain more knowledge of the use of the site and of Onboarding Services. This use may include surveys and analyzes aimed to improve our products, services and technologies. We also use the information collected in anonymous form for statistical purposes regarding our offer and improvement of the Onboarding Services product and service.

 

Onboarding Group ApS also does not process your personal information unless we have your consent, or unless such processing is permitted in accordance with GDPR.

 

According to GDPR, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. We store your personal information on limited-access computers located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether personal data in our custody is handled properly and with due regard for your rights as a person. However, we can not guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers over the Internet. This means that there may be a risk that other unauthorized persons gain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Therefore, you disclose your personal information at your own risk.

 

Your personal information will be stored for 24 months after the completion of your Onboarding Services process. The storage is for the purpose of resuming the process, in case you and your employer wish this.

 

To the extent that personal information about you is processed, you have the right to disclose which personal information is attributable to you according to GDPR. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to require these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object to any information about you being treated as a matter of urgency. You may also revoke your consent at any time. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data regarding you. Complaints are filed with the Data Inspectorate, cf. GDPR.

4. Information Disclosure

You authorize Onboarding Group ApS to disclose the personal information you provide through your use of the Onboarding service to companies owned by Onboarding Group ApS by at least 50%.

 

You also authorize Onboarding Group ApS that the personal information we collect and process through Onboarding Services is disclosed to your employer who has requested your Onboarding Services course.

 

Disclaimers may continue to be used solely for the purposes specified in the "Collection and Processing of Personal Data" section. When Onboarding Group ApS passes your personal information to your employer, your employer becomes Data Controller and your powers according to GDPR apply directly to your employer.

 

In the event of a full or partial transfer of Onboarding Group ApS's business, the transferee may be surrendered to the collected personal information about you, but the information may continue to be used only for the purpose specified under the "Collection and Processing of Personal Data" item.

 

For our operation of Onboarding Services, we use an external IT operation operator. This operating operator processes your personal data as a Data Processor and after written instructions from us.

 

Onboarding Group ApS does not disclose any personal information that we collect and process about you.

 

You may, at any time, inform Onboarding Group ApS or someone to whom your personal information has been disclosed that your consent was given to the disclosure and/or processing of personal data about you being revoked. Such a revocation of consent will consequently mean that Onboarding Services can no longer be used.

5. Intellectual property rights

All material on the website and all material included in Onboarding Services belongs to Onboarding Group ApS.

 

The material in the form of, among other things, questions, names, logos, texts, reports, etc. is protected under copyright law and trademark laws and the material must therefore not be used for any purpose other than the agreement between Onboarding Group ApS (or one of Onboarding Group ApS Distribution Partners) and your employer who has commissioned your Onboarding Services course.

 

In particular, the material may not be published or displayed without the prior written consent of Onboarding Group ApS.

 

The result of your Onboarding Services course and its derived benchmarks will be granted to Onboarding Group ApS and you are not entitled to apply this to anyone other than your employer who has requested your Onboarding Services course.

 

Violation of Onboarding Group ApS's rights can result in both civil and criminal sanctions.

 

6. Safety

We take security seriously. When we pass through your Onboarding Services, collect and process personal information about you through an encrypted page. You can see this in the form of a padlock in your browser's address bar or that the internet address begins with https: //.

 

Onboarding Group ApS processes your personal information in accordance with GDPR, but we can not guarantee that your personal information cannot be compromised, for example in the case of a hacker attack, system failure or equivalent.

In the event of a data breach, you will find the process in our "Data Processing Agreement".

 

7. Responsibility

Your use of Onboarding Services is at your sole discretion, and Onboarding Group ApS assumes no liability to you for the use of the service. Onboarding Group ApS assumes responsibility according to GDPR rules for illegal processing of personal data, but Onboarding Group ApS assumes no responsibility for any illegal use that may occur with your employer.

 

8. Changing terms

Onboarding Group ApS reserves the right to change these terms for use of Onboarding Services without notice. If the terms are, for any reason, changed or modified, you will be informed by email and asked to accept the updated terms.
